Keepass -> www -> firewall with haproxy -> LAN -> WebDav (Port 5005) This traffic is passing the firewall with a running HAProxy service just fine. Keepass successfully loads a file from my internal WebDAV server w/o any issues, accessing the file with. I'm currently facing an annoying issue with HAproxy and my (Synology) WebDAV server, running behind a linux firewall (IPFire).

Before someone will recommend syncthing - i was using it before, but it doesnt meet last requirement. ability to FREELY choose folders for sychronisationĪt this moment Seafile seems to be nice alternative but it also overblown with features and uses MariaDB. preferably without bulky databases (mysql, postgres), though i dont its possible good protection (server is exposed to internet)
#Webdav server pro android
syncing through linux, windows, android apps So maybe its a good moment to look arround for other solutions? And since i dont use plugins, calendars, colaboration features I feel that for my needs (pure data sync) nextcloud is overkill. But it is quite complicated beast - php7, mysql database, apache with certificates. Nextcloud versioning allowed me rollback some unwanted notes changes. Im also syncronising Joplin notes app through WebDav.
#Webdav server pro Pc
Im synchronising my data on laptop (linux), phone (android) and tower pc (windows).

Im using Nextcloud for about 2-3 years now and so far i was happy with it. Is asustor NAS has any similar capability that I am unaware of? I asked through support whether it is possible for the DataSync Center app to enable the capability to connect to the Koofr cloud service (either directly or though the WebDav protocol) at least in the near future.īasically I would like to know whether Asustor can offer a service to connect to Koofr to sync between the asustor NAS and the Koofr cloud account similar to how Synology NAS enables users to connect to Koofr (link below). I see that Asustor recently released DataSync Center app that enables the Asustor NAS to connect to external cloud accounts to sync such as Microsoft One Drive and Baidu. I have a cloud account with Koofr (a cloud service) and it enables to be connected to it through Webdav protocol. I don't think they have taken initiative on that. I asked this question as a ticket in asustor support forum and I was told that it's a good idea.
